HR monitor stopped working on Surge, just displays two dashes like - -
Strangely when I am exercising it shows up but stays at 119 not matter how hard I exert myself

@cheevan Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your Surge is not measuring your heart rate as it should, only when you exercise. I recommend restarting your Surge so it gets refreshed internally. After this, test the heart rate feature one more time and verify if it works.
