A warm welcome to the Community @RobLagendijk. If your Surge is not registering your heart rate information and the heart rate is not working, I recommend restarting your tracker by following @MeylinP's instructions. Also, double check your setting to see if this feature is on by doing the following from a computer:
1. Click Settings
2. Click Surge
3. Go to the heart rate option
4. Select auto or on
5. Sync
