HR not working

My heart rate monitor has stopped working. I have it set to on in the settings as well as restarted and plugged in the device several times. The led lights are not on and it it not recording.

Thank you for joining the Fitbit Community @MorganGabbert! I recommend you fully charge the Surge and do a restart. This should get you back on track.

I appreciate your reply @MorganGabbert. Have you checked that your heart rate option is turned On on your Dashboard? You can verify this on the Heart Rate section on your Dashboard's settings page.

I have tured it to on syced, auto and synced and off and synced, and back on and it still does not work.

As a friendly tip, make sure to let them know what you have tried in order to fix this issue, that way they don't recommend the same.
