I bought my Fitbit surge in Dec 2015 & apart from having to have it replace 3 times under Warranty due to bubbing , I have been very happy with it.
As it is no longer under Warranty & it started bubbing very bad on the outside of the wrist band again, I feel that I will no longer be able it
To it as it is being very unsightly.
This saddens me as I love my Fitbit surge and there is nothing wrong with it apart from the band.
I know other people have had this same problem with bubbing , as anyone had any luck replacing the band?
Thank Ian

Thanks for popping by the forums @bikewise! Sorry for the inconvenience experienced with the Fitbit trackers. I want to thank you for the time you took to share your thoughts with us. I assure you that we take in consideration all the feedback our users provide and we're working everyday to be the best fitness company.
In this case I think that it's best to contact our Support Team, they can check your information and provide you with the best solution based in your Fitbit warranty, Fitbit doesn't have an specific place where you can take it to be repair and Fitbit Surge doesn't have exchangeable bands.
You can reach them via email, or if you prefer you can chat or calling them at:
Keep me posted with the outcome!

I have not been able to find a answer to this problem.
Even know I have found the fitbit support team to very helpful in the past, I feel let down by them this time as they have not told me to solve this problem
I would like to know how other people have solved this problem

If their web page is to be believed aliexpress.com (and why wouldn't it be) then they've sold over 1000 replacement Surge bands.
That's over 1000 FitBit customers who clearly must be satisfied by what the Surge does, though I expect they are equally dissatisfied that FitBit won't accept that there is a problem and either sell the bands themselves or offer a fitting service.
Plenty of videos on YouTube as to how to fit them.
Come on FitBit, get with the program.
