Anyone have any idea what happened.   My friend left Surge in his backpack all day without moving.... there was no movement whatsoever.    But somehow, the hear rate show the movement all day.      It only happened for this one time and it works fine now...

Thanks for sharing this information, it's really nice that you want to help your friend to see what happened that day.

 

This is not an expected behavior of any Fitbit tracker, it might be that it is just reflecting other day information. I'd suggest restarting the Fitbit of your friend and take a look for future days. Hopefully it wont happen again, as you mentioned it was the first time.
