Heart monitor on Surge will not work on left wrist but works on right

Suddenly the pulse monitor on my Surge quit working. Just to see what would happen I put it on my other wrist and it works. I tried different place on the original side and it works for a while then stops.

Try cleaning the back of the Surge where the optical sensor is using a slightly damp cloth. The optical HR sensors are very susceptible to how tight you wear the device. Perhaps a slight difference in left and right arm size is enough to make a difference.
