Heart monitor worked now does not

My heart monitor on my Surge worked fine for about eight months and then over two months gradually stopped working while I run. No change in anything. And I tried loosing & tightening the Surge and moving it up and down the wrist. And clean it with a soft cloth.

Welcome to the Forums @Bill1414. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I recommend Restarting your tracker by following @MeylinP's instructions and test your tracker after that.
