I had taken a thermogenic stimulant 30 mins before intense workout for more calories burned. But my Fibit didn't register my heart rate basically at all during the workout. I know the stimulant was working because of the energy boost. Could the stimulant cause the heart rate monitor in the Fitbit not to work properly? Or maybe it was just a glitch that day. Was thinking of trying a workout without the pill today and see if my Fitbit works. But I thought the thermogenic pill would help a workout. Was upset that my Fitbit didn't register the workout for yesterday. Any problems with Fitbit having a temp glitch or with a stimulant product affecting the Fitbit??

If you do, I recommend checking our What should I know about my heart rate data? article where you will be able to find tips to improve this information. Also to avoid this inconvenience to happen again, please restart your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions.
