Hi Lehjardine,
I'm having the same proble, the HRM is n;t working properly. It either freezes at the resting heart rate or just dosn't pick up. I need to keep removing the strap and putting it back on to 'kickstart' it. Anyone else having similar problems?
This is really frustrating to say the least. I also have relatively dark skin, so no wondering if this is the problem?

mine worked for the fist week and now goes blank eveytime i walk up a hill or do anything that makes my heartrate go up, i even tried it on my inner wrist incase suntan was having an effect but it still wouldnt pick up heartrate untill it slowed down or i took it off and on again several times 😞 Im going to try it once more today and if its still playing up im sending it back, way too expensive for something that doesnt work properly 😞

Snap Leucarth. Having the same problems. And I'm also giving it once last chance today at a run I'm going on. Definitly not worth the money for something that doesn't work properly. Going back to my polar HRM chest strap.

I've used it for a couple months now and I can only say that the HR monitor is....meh.
For me, I've found it measure best if I wear it LOW on my wrist, which is the opposite of what the directions tell you. So maybe try that.
However, even at it's most accurate, it basically under-reports your current heart rate most of the time. It's most accurate at resting or low level excercise. During med to intense exercise it is most of the time well under your real heart rate.

@SunsetRunner @Tlxn @Leucarth It's great to see you in the Community and welcome! Seems odd that your Charge HR trackers are not tracking your heart rate properly. I'd like you to try the tips that my friend @BUC shared in order to get this issue resolved. If the problem persists, I recommend restarting your trackers as advised in Alejandra's post. Once this has been done, test the heart rate feature one more time.
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around!
