Heart rate not showing on my Surge

I have noticed that I am not able to check my heart rate using my Fitbit Surge watch.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for posting your inquiry here. In order to help your little buddy please perform a restart to your Surge, then change the Settings on your Surge to "On" sync it and then change it to "Auto" and sync it again (you can go all the way around if you have it on "Auto".) Then you can test it out and let me know how this works for you.
