I have a brand new Surge, because my other died!! They replaced it under warranty! Now the home button (left button) does nothing!! There's no point me having a Surge if I can't track any exercise, or even get to the settings etc. Help me please before I smash it to a million pieces and flush the rubbish thing down the loo!

They're sending me another new one. They tried going through the reset and things on the phone but it didn't work. Sorry I can't be of any help to you.
