Hi,
I am currently wearing a Fitbit Charge HR. Recently I have just bought a new Fitbit Surge from Amazon and I doubt its authenticity as the band rubber is not as good enough as the band of Fitbit Charge HR. Specifically, the Surge band is rougher and less "plastic"/relaxing/comfortable than the Charge HR's. Is there any difference in the quality of the band between Charge HR and Surge ?
Can I track back the serial number on Fitbit.com to check if it is fake or not? If yes, please help me how to do it.
Thanks so much in advance,
T.

Hi Wendy,
You mean the serial number? I saw it both on the band and on the original box. My concern is how to check with Fitbit with that serial...(same way we check an IMEI number for iPhone).

Hi, @Tuan.Dang! Thanks for joining the family! In this case you can just give our Customer Support team a call or contact them by chat or email, and with the email address you have for your Fitbit account they will be able to pull up all your information including serial number if your tracker is paired.
Let me know how that goes!
