After struggling with gps signal all of a sudden i contacted tech support on 24/04/17 and after running some tests they decided something had gone wrong with my surge and i would be granted a free out of warranty replacement. He then sent me a link to place my order, i recieved an email saying they had recieved my request and would be in touch shortly... I've now been waiting for over 3 weeks and heard nothing.
In the email they said if i had any questions just reply to this email which i did 5 days ago and still heard nothing.
What's going on?

Possible to call them or send a message by twitter..
