How to add calories from home activities?

Calories not counted when doing yard work or cleaning.  How do I get them?

Manually log them.

 

I know cleaning house I dont get that many

On the computer Dashboard click on the Activities tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom and search for Cleaning

Click on it and add the info it asks for.

 

Can be done on Phone as well. Tap the exercise tile. tap the Stop watch and search for the same and add

 

Same for Gardening.
