I know I can add food and track calories in fitbit app but is there any way to find total calories from fat or carbs or proteins without opening each food details and to calculate it myself?

In the fitbit.com dashboard, there's a breakdown for fat, protein, carbs. It lists the grams and relative percentages of each. Then multiple the fat by 7, carbs by 4 and protein by 4, and you'll have your daily total calories for each macronutrient.

Thanks. I found it on website. I guess I will have to buy a premium account for that.

Thanks for popping by the forums @vin_s and @WavyDavey! If you want to see your daily break down in regards your food consumption (Calories, Fat, Fiber, Carbs, Sodium, Protein and Water), as @WavyDavey said you can use your Fitbit.com Dashboard; click on "Log" > "Food".
Or as you said, use the report in the Premium option in your Fitbit Account. You can give it a try using the Fitbit Premium free trial, to double check if the information generated there is useful for your purpose.
I’ll see you around the Community!

To calculate "Calories From Fat", simply look up the "Total Fat (g)", multiply it by 9, then round to the upper-most 10 units.
Examples:
Total Fat (g) : 10.7
Calories From Fat (exact): 10.7 x 9 = 96.3
Calories From Fat (round-up): 100
Total Fat (g) : 3.7
Calories From Fat (exact) : 3.7 x 9 = 33.3
Calories From Fat (round-up): 40
