Welcome to the Community @Markdarun! There are two ways to log your workouts, the first one is using the manual way. Since you mentioned you have an iOS, you only need to do this: Go to your app> Tap on the + sign, it will give the options you may want to log.
If you want to have this option on your tracker directly, you only need to go to your account settings and choose it. Remember you have up to 7 activities to choose. You can choose ether workout or weights option.
