Hello! I have had a fitbit Surge for a few years but haven't used it in a while. I have gotten a new phone since last using it and am trying to connect it with no luck. I'm wondering if restoring it to factory settings is my only option? Or how do I connect it to a different device?

Welcome to the forums!
I would check to see if your phone is on the supported list. If its not that that is why you are having trouble.
You might need to set up on the computer until it is supported
