is there a way to sync my surge when I'm traveling and I don't have a dongle? my device is not holding a charge, could that be why?

You need an internet connection and something to sync with such as a PC with either the charging cable attached and the Fitbit Connect software or a compatible mobile device.

Hi @hurl51l! Hope you are doing great and enjoying some healthy activities.
Have you tried to use a mobile device as @SunsetRunner mentioned? You can download the Fitbit App if you have a compatible device. Log in into your Fitbit Account and give it a try. If you have an build-in Bluetooth pc you can sync via Bluetooth too, after downloading the Fitbit App for Window 10.
