I am very happy my Surge and Customer service.

The Surge delivers what I am expected:

  • Quite accurate Steps, floors, mileage,
  • The HRM is OK (taking in consideration the technology),
  • The Kcal calculation is good and give me a good ratio between the food in and the Kcal out,
  • The sync with my Windows mobile phone and my laptop is working,
  • No problem  with the band,
  • The Mobile and desktop apps is straight forward and give me 90% of my needs,
  • Nice watch and readable under the sun,

 

The only issue I have had was with the battery life (More than 2 to 3 days than 5 to 7 days) so I have contacted customer service, the communication from Fitbit was outstanding and we ‘ve been able to sorted-out.

 

So I am a Happy Fitbit user, and I think the product is very good and the Fitbit customer service are very professional (Forum and email), so well done Fitbit and keep it up!
