My Surge has been syncing well for the past month or so and tells me its in sync I use a dongle for computer and even though in sync tells me no device paired, but now does not display on the dashboard either current data nor historical I have tried logging out and in and reconnecting to no avail my phone I have disabled the Bluetooth function with no change any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing all those details in your post. As you are using two different devices I'd suggest to check both Fitbit Dashboards and confirm if both are showing the same information. Sometimes what happen is that users have more than one account, if they are using different devices. If you have different email addresses, you can log out and then try log back in using those email addresses and confirm this theory.
