YES! I know this has been written over and over again, but let me tell you my story!
LOVE FITBIT!, the app, the products: my mom has one, my wife has one, etc point is: I trust in you fitbit. I own a surge since it came out, had a replacement because the first one was faulty, but you guys helped me to get one ASAP so I didn't lose any tracking, thank you!!
Now my replacement is dying the straps are falling apart. I contacted you and you told me that since my warranty has expired then you couldn't send another replacement, you gave a 25% coupon to buy another device but that coupon has expired as well since I am waiting for the next surge! I had to replace the straps myself with the ones from the first one I bought ( I know this is not recommended
and I understood why since it was so hard to do 😛 ) and now my temp fix is getting broken as well.
I am assuming that the Surge 2 will eventually come out because I need the integrated GPS (that's the only thing I don't like about the blaze since you need a phone connected to it to track position). I have tracked some many steps and workouts and I see the value you provide and I don't want to even think on evaluating other products from other companies but I might if this is not coming shortly.
I want to stay with you guys, hurry up with that surge 2! I love your products!, see my story below:

I can see that you're a Fitbit Lover, sorry about your Surge; thanks for the pictures! I really understand your inquiry; since, as you there is a lot of people expecting to have this option. I'd like to give you more information but until now, we don't have any update regarding new products. I advise you to stay tuned, when Fitbit has updates about new trackers, the information is usually posted in the official page Fitbit.com or here in Forums.
In regards of your discount, have you replied to our Customer Support team to ask about your options after your discount got expired? I think that they can give you more details about it.

Thanks @YojanaFitbit!, I haven't checked back with Customer Support about my discount, I will do so once I see a Surge 2 or equivalent, that's for sure 🙂
