I wish the Fitbit Surge had interchangeable bands. When the band begins to disintegrate, but the watch itself works beautifully, one is out of luck, unless it's under warranty. In that case, the company exchanged my watch at no charge! It would save the company money and headaches if they could change this feature.
Also, for $249, another wish would be if the watch was waterproof to be able to use it when swimming and competing in a triathlon. Now I need to use two watches, Fitbit and one for my splits in the water. This would be a great feature for this highend watch.
Otherwise, I love my Fitbit and feel very motivated to get up and start moving!

I'd google/youtube this because I have definitely watched a video of someone changing the strap on a surge. I looked into this when I noticed mine bubbling, it was not something I considered when I bought it.
Not sure Fitbit would approve though.
