Hi there, would like to understand if we have international warranty for fitbit surge. I bought it from London, UK and now the leather strap has come out which is giving a bad look to the whole product. Please suggest

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forum @Umashankar8026! So glad to have you here.
I think that it's best if you request this information directly with our team since Fitbit Surge doesn't have leather bands, but they can let you know the options that you might have using the Fitbit warranty. I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community Forums.
Please keep me posted!

I have had two of these since July of 2016, second was a warranty replacement due to band bubbling and cracking. Replacement did the same thing and they will not warranty their product. Very disappointed. I do not and will not recommend Fitbit to anyone.

I just bought this Fitbit Ionic yesterday here in London & my brother-in-law wants the same thing, my question is, does it has an International warranty because my relative is in the Philippines? or if I moved to the Philippines will it still be covered by the two year warranty?
Thank you.

Welcome to the Forums @jessiebarrios! Congrats on your new Ionic.
You have a good question there. Fitbit warrants to the original purchaser that your Fitbit-branded device and Fitbit-branded device accessories (collectively, the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
You can find all the information about our Limited warranty here.
Have a good one! Let me know if you have more doubts.
