Hello sweetie @kaybabby, welcome to the Forums! I've checked the list of Supported Devices and I didn't find that model. Do you have any other device to sync? If you have any other compatible device, you can check this information on how to connect it.

I wouldn't like giving you any false expectations or misleading info. We know that this is something that our users need and want, that's why our team is always reviewing your comments and feedback.
