Hi,
I'm having an issue where i sold my surge which was in perfect condition the person who received it has advised the band was completely ripped at the screws on the back of the band when they received it. I believe that they had a Surge and broke it, bought a second hand one and now trying to give me their broken one back saying it's the one i gave them for a full refund!
Is there anyway i can identify on the Surge if it is the one i had as i didn't write down the regulatory info before sending. Is there any links to Surge on box?
