I use my Fitbit to monitor my time at the gym and hiking, however I also use it to monitor my heart condition.
I’ve got POTs Syndrome, so basically every time I stand up my heart rate goes through the roof.
I know that the Fitbit has not been logging these peaks on the heart rate tracker, eg tonight my heart rate went up to 180 and it showed on the Fitbit itself but only logged on the app as being an 150, why is this? Do I need to change to a different model of Fitbit for my needs?
Help much appreciated!

@Lola_Flowers, I think your issue is the tracker is pretty much real time, however, what is shown on your phone app and the Fitbit Dashboard are time-slice averages, hence the lower peak value for your heart rate spike.
