Hi,
I am having same issue.
I am also recording workouts but when syncing the time is not matching. Like this morning I did 45 minutes as shown on watch however when sync'ing it only shows 14 minutes?
Same yesterday it was 47 mins and showed 33 on my app.
Need accurate results as I am training for an event
Anna

Hey guys, it's nice to see you around @Smily45 @anna1711
! The iOS exercise log not updating is also a known issue that is currently being worked out. I'd recommend keeping an eye on this thread for updates about the issue.
Have a nice day my friends!

I thought I was the only one experiencing this issue. I called fitbit last week and we deleted and reinstalled and it is still doing the same thing. It has been days that is does not sync.
