Issues with Jerusalem timezone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have two issues with Jerusalem tmesoze:

1. Jerusalem timezone always switched to wrong Vilnius (GMT +3) on desktop, mobile and web after saving changes.

2. Jeruslaem timezone listed as not existing Tel-Aviv (list of tz database time zones from Wiki) on desktop, mobile and web. I guess this is typo and not expressly.

I think I posted to the correct place. Thank you!

Hello @vadimc68 welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reviewing and noticed that they both have the same timezone and summer/winter time as shown on the next image:

It can be possible that your computer, phone or tablet switches to Vilnius  time zone if it is set on Auto. This setting will use your location to determine the time zone try switching this feature off and let me know how it goes!

Catch you later! Woman Very Happy

Hello AngelaFitbit,

First thank you for quick respone. I double checked the issues on desktop (Windows 10) and mobile (Windows Phone 8,1) and there is the status:

1. Issue #1 reproduced in Fitbit app on Winsows 10 (see version below) fitbit.png

Steps to reproduce:

  • Set Auto off
  • Set timezone Tel Aviv
  • Restart app

After restart app show Vilnius timezone.

2. Issue #2 wrong timezone name Tel Aviv instead of Jerusalem - reproduced on all platforms desktop, mobile and web

3. In addition, I encountered new issue on mobile (Windows Phone 8.1) - auto detect timezone shows wrong Zurich (GMT +2) instead of Jeruslaem (GMT +3)
