A couple of bubbles started appearing in my Surge's bracelet. After a few weeks, the entire bracelet top swelled and unglued from the bracelet core. The device is still under warranty (less than a year). How do I get a replacement?

Call customer service. As long as it's under warranty they should replace the entire product free of charge. Charge HR has the same issue. Since the band is not interchangeable the entire thing has to be replaced when it does it.
