Kindle Fire tablet not syncing

When I switch my Kindle Fire tablet on to sync with my Surge It keeps telling me to "Turn on device notifications" when I then press "Enable Notifications" it then puts on "Notification Access" and the next step is just the wi fi settings which are all switched on so I am going around in circles and not able to sync my steps. Any ideas please?

Kindle is a non supported device, you can check here. This is due to a Bluetooth incompatibility. I'd recommend trying to sync with a compatible phone or computer instead, if you have the option.
