Laps not changing from miles to km

When I first set my Surge up I configured it to use miles. I've since change to km (from the account settings). Everything works great, apart from the laps during a Free Run. These are still measured in miles. So while I'm running I get a lap vibrate on every mile rather than km. All the other measurements (pace and distance) are measured in km. Is there any way to change this?

In the Surge settings have you specifically changed the "Cues for Free Run" to kilometers as shown below?

Thanks for your reply. I hadn't actually noticed this setting before, but unfortunately it is already set to km. Here is a screenshot:

I noticed that some users are having issues with this specific feature, my best recommendation is contact Customer Support to open a case. They will be more than glad to provide you with proper workaround! We appreciate the feedback regarding this bug, this has not gone unnoticed and be sure that I will pass this along.
