Lines across screen of Surge

I'm having a few issues with the display on my Surge. Over the last few days, lines have appeared across the display. I've reset the device on numerous occasions since but am still having issues. Any idea what the problem could be and how it can be resolved?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @Sumsecfc! I glanced at your photograph and I can say that this is an odd situation. Has your Surge been dropped? Has it been wet? 

 

You've mentioned that you've already restarted your Surge. If you've done this 3+ times; it's best to let our Customer Support team know about this. Please attach the photograph to your customer support case to speed up the process.
