'Log It' button not available on my weight log page...

Try to update my record on the weight log page, but the Log It buttn does not display. If I go back to the dashbaord, the weight log is sometimes updated - but not always, and often it crashes and I have to relaunch. What am I doing wwrong?

I’m using the dashboard on my iPhone to update the data.
