What if you don't know the exact start/finish times of your exercises? My Zumba class is generally 7-8, but sometimes it is different.

I suppose you can look at your heartrate graph to get a general idea of start/stop times. You may be off a few minuites, but really, that's not going to throw off the calories count much.
