Hi all,

My fitbit surge's buckle was missed by accident last weekend. I'm now looking for a reasonable replacement because it's no longer has replacement from fitbit.

In case you have a broken strap which still have buckle on, please let me know.

I'll pay for shipping fee and the part as well.

 

p/s: I'm also looking for a usb charge cable for surge. plz let me know if you have one.

@LuanDoan Welcome to our Community! You can get a Surge's charging cable from Fitbit's web store. Also Amazon and Best Buy are good options to look for this item. Regarding the buckle itself, have you contacted our Support Team yet? If you haven't then please give it a try. Hopefully Support or another member will be able to assist you.
