So yesterday I ran my first Marathon. Fitbit was perfect from start to finish. Was really looking forward to reviewing my stats but the map won't download onto my app. Any ideas why?

Hey hey hey @GBaz! It is nice to see you around. Cat Happy Let me ask you something, sis you run the marathon in a place with many buildings, trees or something that could affect the GPS signal? If so, that is why sometimes your tracker doesn't record the route. If not, then perform a restart of your Surge by doing the following:

1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.

If you have trouble restarting your tracker, just hold down the buttons for a longer time; don't release them until you see the screen get significantly dimmer.

Keep me posted!

Hi @macdowa, welcome to the Community! did you try the restart I suggested above? If not yet, I suggest you to follow the instructions on this post to do so.

@GBaz, sounds pretty good that you are getting your maps now and you are able to see your detailed data.

Keep me posted! Smiley Wink
