Mapping after sync

I generally like my Surge but it has this quirk.  If I run more than 10 miles and sync, the app will not plot out on the map.  All I can see is a high level summary with the distance, time and two other bits of data.  I sync to an Android Galaxy 6.  Anyone know how to overcome this problem?

Hi there @SNGJR. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

I would first like to know if this has always happened to you or if this is something that just recently started happening. Now, also, in either  case, what  I would recommend would be logging out of the Fitbit app and log back in and make sure that your location services and GPS are enabled on your phone. Also rebooting your phone can help.

If you go for a shorter run does it show the map on your dashboard?

It could also be that you lose connectivity while you're running and this is the reason why it gets interrupted and doesn't map your entire run so, checking that you have GPS service and a good connectivity is key to make sure you will get a map.

Try the suggestions I gave above out and let me know how it goes!
