Metal allergy to Surge

I have had mybsurge less than a week. I am.now having an allergic reaction to the buckle/clasp only. I am allergic to silver amd nickle. Anyway to get a replacement in plastic even? I feel like i wasted $250

There are no options from fitbit I'm afraid but it might be worth searching online or perhaps taking it to a jewelers to see if that can offer any suggestions.

 

Failing that, it might still be possible to return it to the store you got it from.
