Mileage/pace difference between Surge and Fitbit app on iPhone 6

I've noticed a difference between the mileage/pace shown on my Surge when I first finish my run and the mileage/pace shown on the Fitbit app when I sync the Surge with my iPhone 6. For instance, tonight my Surge tells me I ran 3.38 miles with an average pace of 10:07. But when I synced the Surge with the app, it said I ran 3.3 miles at an average pace of 10:24. This happens all the time. Why would there be a difference, and which one is right?

Hello @kas1100 welcome to the Fitbit Community!  The difference you are seeing between your tracker and app is because the Dashboard gives you a complete and more accurate summary of your activity and it shows the average for all the information that your tracker recorded. With the 3.3 the Dashboard rounds up the information but the correct distance should remain in the map.

I hope this clarifies your doubt. Smiley Wink
