Hi, I connect the gps for my surge through my iPhone as I walk long distances and this preserves my surges battery life. However this has started inaccurately measuring mileage. I normally walk a 14 minute mile, but every so often it will say I've done an 8 minute mile or a 10 minute mile which I know I haven't! How do I solve this?

Technically, you are not connecting the 2, only the Blaze and Charge 2 have that ability. What you are really doing is using the phone app and phone GPS as another tracker. Did this happen after a recent app update?

Hi, @Jenb7575! Welcome aboard. In this case, please try to log out and back in from the App and then reboot your phone.
Also, make sure that you are running the latest version of the App which is 2.36. Like, our good friend, @SunsetRunner, said you have the option to use your iPhone to record this type of information. So it is something related to the App directly.
This should get you back on track, let me know how it goes!
