Moisture in the Surge screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I was running in a slight drizzle and afterwards my Surge screen fogged up. I've tried putting it in rice and also on the heating vent. Nothing helps. Now I can't swipe to the different screens. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.

Hi, @JimmiG, don't worry!  I expect you simply haven't left in rice long enough.  Make sure your Surge is completely submerged/ covered in a bag of rice and leave it there for at least 48 hours, and longer if you can bear to be without it that long.

Welcome to the forums!

How long did you leave it in the rice? Should be at least 2 days

Otherwise contact support and see what options they have for you

Hey there guys! Welcome to the Family@JimmiG! Feel free to keep posting your inquiries we all are here to help. After at least 48 hours of putting it in rice, you might have the option to restart it. You can do so and leave the tracker plugged in while you're doing so. Smiley Frustrated

Give it a shot and let me know if that works! Smiley Very Happy
