I noticed in the newest fitbit has the ability to remind you to move after an hour of non-movement. It is the most expensive fit bit of your line. It would be fantastic to have this feature. I keep buying the most current and I have bought the ifit to get the movement feature. I returned it an d tuned around the fitbit surge and then you came out with the Alta.

I think he ment the surge is the most expensive and therefore should have the feature.

@Cjmoore, absolutely. I agree completely that it would be nice. You can "make your own," by setting alarms. I think it allows 8 alarms to be set, so if you liked you could create an hourly alarm for during most of the day to do the same thing. It's not quite as fancy, but would give you more or less the same functionality.

@Cjmoore On your Dashboard go to settings. On the Left Hand side choose Silent Alarms Then Click Add alarm and enter your time Then you can choose repeat if you want it to go off daily and select the days.
I have mine set this way and it makes me get up and Move

Hi Cjmoore, another option is to select the star burst clock face which will show you which minutes and how many minutes you have been active within any given hour. While there is no alarm to buzz you you can just see it every time you look at the time and it will also save you some battery usuage extending the time between recharges.

Hi, @Cjmoore, it would be nice if the older trackers had this feature. At this point, only the Alta will be released with the feature. It's the same price as the Charge, not the most expensive in the Fitbit line. The only other tracker they are promising this feature for at this point is a later software update for the Blaze.
