My 2.5 year old Fitbit Surge is great

I just wanted to say I really like my fitbit surge for the past 2 1/2 years.  Its motivation is cute, (software is simple and clear) the steps and heartrate are close enough for government work, and its easy to maintain.  All I can say is now after 2 years the battery only lasts a day (no gps, just a nice 2 hour jogging etc. work out).  I didn't have any skin issues or bandk break.  But a friend of mine did have her band crack after maybe 6 months.

Now with apple watch2 being waterproof with gps, for $50 that is more verstile.  I'll probably get the apple watch2, but still have fond memories o fmy fitbut surge with text message and gps!

Welcome to the forums; I'm so happy to come across this post, we sometimes only see the problems within the boards, but it's always a lovely thing to know and see that there are many other Fitbitters who haven't encountered a problem with their trackers.

Hopefully we'll see you around the forums! Let us know if you have any questions at any time.

Happy holidays! Heart
