How many other FitBit Surge owners are having the same issue as I please?

That being:

My Achievements 'Lifetime'. This updates daily and is accurate.

My Achievements 'Best' are void of any data at all.

All was working fine until I upgraded from a Blaze to a Surge.

I have spent hours in chat, submitted countless emails asking for help, support & a resolution, trying to get this resolved and it has been nearly 3 months now of being told 'engineers are working on it'.

Really? 3 months to resolve this?

So, how many others are in same position as I of chasing FitBit support for an answer & resolution but yet nothing is happening?

FitBit has until end of this month July 17 to resolve this or I am returning my Surge to supplier as faulty.

'Something' is clearly an issue either with the hard or software.

I am done with waiting out on the engineers to resolve this issue.

Blaze, Surge, Ionic and Versa1. I am not a FitBit employee.

The data is certainly there and the issue seems to be with the calculation of the "best" figures. Hopefully this will be resolved before long but fitbit have given no indication of how long this may take.

Just to let you known that this ongoing problem affects all fitbit models. The move from Blaze to Surge may have been a coincidence.

Thank you Steve - do you know if the data is still held with FitBit & will update when engineers finally resolve the issue?    I really do not want to move trackers as my journey 'hard work & effort' of the last 24 months from 19 stone to 14 stone 'every single gym session & workout' is all FitBit recorded.  I do not want to lose 1 bit of that data!

I have an alta (and have for almost 2 years, had a charge and a zip before that) and my dashboard has the same issue. Lifetime is there, but - - - for best.

@ataladay I'm afraid it still hasn't been fixed since it broke last summer. Fitbit are aware of the problem.
