My Fitbit Surge not capturing Heart rate any longet

My Fitbit Surge is no longer registering my heart rate.since charging it last night. The green lights under the wrist band are no longer flashing either. Does anyone have any insight or suggestions? I've only had my Fitbit for a couple of months.

Hi there @butterfly7655 welcome to the Forums! Sounds too bad that your heart is not being recorded by your Surge. Ok so the green lights are not blinking on the back and on the screen I supposed that only 2 dashes are displayed, right? Let me suggest you something, please perform a restart of your Surge, if after that, the green lights still not blinking and the heart is not recording anything, please change the heart rate mode from AUTO to ON and then sync to save the changes, if the issue persists, alternate the different heart rate modes and sync every time you make a change. You can also check this article if you have doubts about it.
