My Fitbit surge strap is broken!!This kind of accident I was not accepting..Its now looking very weird from back side and awkward to show anyone my Fitbit surge..I want my surge replaced by new one from Fitbit company....pls help me with this problem...I have no complaints against Fitbit surge but this broken strap has ruined my surge...it had been not a year purchasing my surge...I am sending you a pic of my band...pls give some reply as fast as you can...

It's up to them regarding replacements.. if they decide giving a replacement it's for example possible to sell the tracker on a second hand website, and use the money partially for getting another tracker with exchangeable bands:
