My Surge Sync Issue Resolved - Surface Pro 3 and Note 5

I was having problems syncing my Surge with my Surface Pro 3 and my Samsung Note 5.  I read some stuff on here that said something about conflicting Bluetooth signals.  If both devices are within a few feet of eachother they seem to cancel each other out and nobody gets the signal.  If I disable Bluetooth on one - the other gets the signal.  I can't truly explain it - but at least I'm syncing again.
