My new Surge does not work with Iphone 8 -- what I learned when I called tech support. They told me it is a known issue. I was able to sync with my Windows Desktop using the USB Dongle. After I finished my setup there, I deleted my Fitbit app on the Iphone, reinstalled it, and tried. But I'm not able to sync - connect with my Fitbit. Anyone else have success with their Iphone 8? I have the latest IOS 11 patch. Also, if Fitbit is reading this, when will you update your firmware to support the Iphone 8? Thanks in advance.

Apple's latest patch is having an adverse effect on many trackers, and other issues as well. Fitbit is aware, but since the patch is causing other issues, Apple may be working on an update.

Was this get resolved? I just got the iPhone 8 Plus and am unable to sync via Bluetooth so I’m not getting notifications.
