Can anyone please help me on it. Right now i cant get connect. I tried all ways i found in the forum, force reset, forget device, or pair with doogle with pc. All didnt help.
After more than 10 times restart, my watch doesnt work correctly, it started to display next sign and over 4 hours later it boot up.
Does anyone know how to fixed it? Please help me.

If you have it paired with a phone and the phone is in range, the PC option won't work. You have to turn off the bluetooth on your phone to make it work. Also, if you have two Fitbit devices near by, it can act a bit funny.

Looking at your phone, do you see your device listed in the bluetooth devices?  You can try to delete that and re-pair (via the app).

Good luck, let us know if any of that helps.

Thank for your quick help Blade. Actually i did exactly like you said but no luck.
It was first paired with my sony z, suddenly stoped to sync since last month, so i already tried to remove device, and added agian, but it said device found but no code display on my surge, then i resetted it after that no chance to find it anymore.

Last thing I can think of that I don't see that you tried (but I bet you have - you seem very well informed!) - delete the app on your phone and reinstall it.

Good luck, if that doesn't work I would contact customer service.

Sounds like you have a bad Surge - I recommend you contact customer service. They might have another idea or be able to offer a replacement. Good luck and keep stepping!
