My app can't find my Fitbit One

I'm trying to set my daughter up with my old Fitbit and an account on her iPad. But when I search to download app- Fitbit isn't there. I thought this might be due to app restrictions so changed setting to 17+ but it's still not visible in App Store . Any ideas?

Hey there @MrsCat, nice to see you in the Forums Heart

 

You can try @SunsetRunner's suggestion, you may also look for the option "iPad only" and change it "iPhone only", while doing your search for the Fitbit App. Since this app was created for iPhones, when you do your search in the iPad, it doesn't appear listed there. Look for this option in the upper right or left on the menu.

Maybe your iPad is not up-to-date. Did you try use the direct link to the app from the iPad?
